Noravank Scientific Educational Foundation was established in 2000.

According to its Charter, the incumbent prime-minister of Armenia is the President of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation. 

Noravank Foundation is a center for strategic research and innovations, one of the leading modern think tanks in the Republic of Armenia (RoA).

The Executive Director of Noravank Foundation is GAGIK HARUTYUNYAN.

The Structure of the Foundation

The objective of the CENTRE FOR ARMENIAN STUDIES (head of the Centre – Arestakes Simavoryan) is to study the Armenian Diaspora communities and develop methods for consolidation of the Armenian society. In this context the Centre especially focuses on identifying and assessing the intellectual, information, organizational, economic and other potentials of Armeniancy, and determining the ways to increase their effectiveness. The Centre for Armenian Studies works in close cooperation with the RoA Ministry of Diaspora and other organizations.

EDUCATIONAL CENTRE organizes trainings on crucial subjects and summer schools. The objective of the Centre is to present modern multidisciplinary concepts on national security to the various circles in Armenia and the Armenian public.

PUBLISHING AND INFORMATION CENTRE (head of the Centre – Lusine Baghramyan) publishes the “21st CENTURY” journal (in ArmenianRussian and English), as well as the “GLOBUS” bulletin, issued in association with Gazprom Armenia CJSC.  The Centre has published more than 80 books and research reports, and about 310 journal issues
