NOTION, ESSENCE, FORMATION AND PRIORITIES OF NATIONAL SECURITY (REPORT ON THE TOPIC)

On August 23, 1991 after the adoption of the Declaration of Independence and in consequence of the national referendum held on September 21, 1991 the Third Republic of Armenia was formed. As a result of that crucial event newly independent Republic of Armenia acquired right to manage its future by itself.
