The authors here cover the themes concerning the causes and effects of the collapse of the Soviet system (G.Harutyunyan), prospects of nuclear energy in Armenia (S.Sarukhanyan), retaining national identity (G.Hakhverdyan), overcoming aftermaths of the Armenocide (L.Shirinyan) and image of our country (L.Aivazyan). Harutyunyan), analysis of global crisis (I.Bagiryan) and its impact on the countries of the region (S.Grinyaev), as well as a number of issues concerning the Armenian Genocide, particularly the attitudes of Israel to the Genocide (Y.Auron), problems of the third generation of the Armenian Diaspora (G.Poghosyan), legal issues of state responsibility for genocide (V.Vardanyan) and history of the Armenian society self-organization in the light of Armenian Question.
