The social system’s development problems

The article is devoted to elucidation and analysis of the social system and the undergoing changes at the turn of 20- 21 centuries. Representing the civilization as a system of successive and evolving social formations, the author stresses up the importance of systematization, analyses and forecasting of the main vectors of their development. Mentioning the special actuality of such researches for the Post-Soviet space, in his article H. Hovanisyan realizes the structural and functional analyses of RA's social system. The work aims to promote the development of social institutions, to optimize the ruling system, to work up effective models of civil society, to reveal and overcome the occurred obstacles on this way.
