THE ISSUE OF PRESERVING AND REPRODUCTION OF CULTURAL IDENTITY IN THE ASPECT OF NATIONAL SECURITY

Tendencies of the development in the cultural plane formed at the close of the 20th century and at the turn of the 21st century are the processes which mainly take to evening-out. If we compare the priority level of economic, political and cultural factors, it should be mentioned that a priority part is assigned mostly to economic and political factors and the cultural one has acquired secondary or derivative character at the best.
