THE NOTION, ESSENCE, FORMATION AND PRIORITIES OF NATIONAL SECURITY

The history of the mankind is rich with many examples of extinction of nations and states and in every case this can be considered as failure to divert threats directed against the nation. But up to the 20th century the issues of security were identified with the defence capability of the country. Two world wars draw together counties and tangled their relations to such an extent, bringing forward new types of wars – information and ideological, cold race of armaments, economic, cultural and political and etc. that defence capability has turned into one of the sub-issues of the national security.
