SESSION OF THE RESEARCH COUNCIL OF “NORAVANK” FOUNDATION

On October 19 regular session of the research council of “Noravank” Foundation took place. The presentation of the reports by the centers of the Foundation for the third quarter was on the agenda.

The reports were delivered by the Head of the Center for Political Studies Sevak Sarukhanyan, Head of the Educational Center T. Harutyunyan, Head of the Publishing Center L. Baghramyan, Head of the Center for Armenian Studies S. Simavoryan and Deputy Head of the Center for Information Studies A. Zhamakochyan. They presented the works executed by the centers over the aforementioned period.

The reports were followed by questions and discussion.

After the discussion the research council of “Noravank” Foundation decided:

1. To accept the reports of the centers of “Noravank” Foundation for the third quarter of 2011.
2. On December 9-10 together with the Ministry of Diaspora of Armenia and “Hyksos” Foundation to organize international conference on “Armenians of other Religions and Confessions: Challenges and Possibilities”.
