“THE MAIN ISSUES OF THE NATIONAL SECURITY” The sixth lesson of summer-school
On July 29 the sixth lesson of the summer school on “The Main Issues of the National Security” was held.
The lectures were delivered by the Head of the Information Department of the Administration of the President of the NKR David Babayan and expert of “Noravank” Foundation Samvel Martirosyan.
David Babayan’s lecture was on “Ideology of Pan-Turkism and Settlement of the Conflict between Artsakh and Azerbaijan” and it was devoted to the origin of the ideology of pan-Turkism and influence of that ideology on the establishment of Azerbaijan, as well as the causes of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Samvel Martirosyan presented “Civil and Political Propaganda with the Help of New Technologies” lecture, which coved the issues of growing role and influence of social networks, blogs, electronic media and their application in information actions.
Both lectures were followed by interesting discussions.
