“THE MAIN ISSUES OF THE NATIONAL SECURITY” The second lesson of summer-school

On July 20 the second lesson of the summer school on “The Main Issues of the National Security” took place.

The lectures were delivered by expert H. Arzumanyan and journalist, lecturer at the ISEC of the RA NAS L. Ayvazyan.

H. Arzumanyan presented lecture on “Definition of War in the 21st century”. It was devoted to the development of the Western military and political thought, issues of new approaches to war and peace.

L. Ayvazyan delivered lecture on “Global Strategic Influence and New Communication Model: Lessons for Armenia”. The discussion which followed the lecture touched on the issues devoted to the modern models and mechanisms of strategic and tactical influence and problems Armenia under new situation.
