“PRINCIPAL ISSUES OF NATIONAL SECURITY” The forth lesson of summer-school
On July 19 the forth lesson of “Principal Issues of National Security” summer-school arranged by “Noravank” Foundation was held.
The presentations were made by the Head of the Information Department of the NKR President Administration D.Babayan and “Noravank” Foundation expert Samvel Martirosyan.
D.Babayan’s presentation was devoted to the principle issues of water supply security. During the discussion which followed the lecture the participants touched upon the water supply security of the RA and NKR, water policy of pre-Soviet and Soviet Azerbaijan and “water terrorism”.
S.Martirosyan made a presentation on “The modern international cyberspace”
. The presentation was very interesting and caused an active discussion. Many questions were asked, particularly about the growing role and influence of the social networks and blogs.
