AROUND THE ISSUES OF SPIRITUAL SECURITY

On June 26, 2009, a seminar around the issues of spiritual security was arranged in “Noravank” Foundation.

The reports were made by the Head of the Department on the Issues of the National Minorities and Religion of the Government of the RA Vardan Astsatryan, the director of “Noravank” Foundation Gagik Harutyunyan, the chairman of the standing committee on the issues of the science, education, youth and sport of the NA of the RA Artak Davtyan, the advisor of the RA prime-minister Razmik Markosyan, psychologists Karine Nalchajyan, David Zamalyan and other experts. The attitude of the state to the problems of the spiritual security, the current situation were presented.

The reports were followed by various opinions, discussions; there were also made some proposals.

It was decided to form the expert working group for more specialized examination of the problem.
