TRANSFORMATIONS OF THE POLITICAL DISCOURSE

A seminar titled Transformations of the Political Discourse took place at the Noravank Foundation on March 23, 2018. The keynote speaker was Victor Soghomonyan.

The speaker presented the fundamental changes in the global political discourse over the last two decades as a result of unprecendented development of the virtual information field, internet technologies and techniques. He talked about the nature and factors of these changes, as well as the impact of the political discourse transformation on the global and regional political processes and new problems arising in this context.
