THE KARABAKH CONFLICT AND THE NAKHICHEVAN FACTOR

A seminar titled “The Karabakh Conflict and the Nakhichevan Factor” was organized at the Noravank Foundation on March 16, 2018. The keynote speaker was Vagharshak Harutyunyan, former Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

The speaker especially focused on the decisive moments at the early stage of the Karabakh conflict, emphasizing the importance of the decisions made and the multitude of opportunities.

The keynote was followed by a comprehensive and active discussion.
