MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION BETWEEN NORAVANK FOUNDATION AND UNION OF YOUNG SCIENTISTS AND SPECIALISTS OF ARTSAKH NGO

On February 21, 2018 Avetik Harutyunyan, President, Union of Young Scientists and Specialists of Artsakh NGO visited the Noravank Foundation. During the meeting with Gagik Harutyunyan, Executive Director of the Noravank Foundation and experts of the Foundation, the parties first presented the main directions and objectives of their respective organizations, and then discussed prospects of cooperation. A memorandum of cooperation was signed as a result.
