
PROSPECTS OF ARMENIAN-CHINESE RELATIONS
A seminar titled Prospects of Armenian-Chinese Relations was organized at the Noravank Foundation on November 3, 2017. The seminar was attended by diplomats from the Embassy of PRC in Armenia, representatives of the Armenian academic and experts communities.
Presentations were made by Dr. Ashot Tavadyan, Chair of Mathematical Methods in Economics of the ASUE, Dr. Ashot Tevikyan, Instructor of the Management Department at the ASUE and Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University, Karen Veranyan, Head of Centre for Political Studies at the Noravank Foundation and Mher Sahakyan, Head of the Armenian Community in China.
The speakers discussed the prospects of Armenian-Chinese cooperation in the context of the One Belt, One Road initiative, as well as opportunities for Armenian-Chinese dialog in the EAEU-PRC format.
The seminar ended with active discussions.
