SEMINAR ON CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURES

A seminar on critical infrastructures was organized in the Noravank Foundation on February 15, 2017. Keynote was delivered by Dr. Robert Khachatryan, Expert of the Noravank Foundation.

The speaker elaborated on the role of the higher education in the national critical infrastructures, their security and protection in the context of global experience.

R. Khachatryan presented the indices of the Republic of Armenia higher education and pointed out the decrease of funding.
