ANALYTIC CENTERS OF TURKEY

A seminar titled Analytic Centers of Turkey was organized at Noravank Foundation on April 17, 2015. A presentation was delivered by Arestakes Simavoryan, Head of the Centre for Armenian Studies, Noravank Foundation.

The speaker presented the prerequisites of creation and development of think-tanks in Turkey, classified them according to various criteria (ownership, ideological/political inclination, research interests, etc.), and talked about their financial and recruitment issues.

The presentation was followed by discussions.
