MEETING AT NORAVANK FOUNDATION

A meeting with Jean-Varoujan Sirapian, Founding President, Institut Tchobanian (the Chobanian Institute) of Paris, took place in the Noravank Foundation on November 7, 2014.

During the meeting Mr. G. Harutyunyan, Director of the Noravank Foundation and Mr. Sirapian discussed the information policy issues in Armenia and Diaspora.
