The forth issue of “Globus National Security” periodical for 2010 by “Noravank” Foundation devoted to the regional issues and issues connected with the NKR, Armenian-Turkish relations in the context of geopolitical tendencies, competing ideological trends in Turkey, issues of Turkish-Azerbaijani factor in the US analytical structures was published.
