«21-րդ ԴԱՐ» N 4, 2008

In the fourth issue of «21-րդ ԴԱՐ” for 2008 have been included articles devoted to the issues of energy security (K.Karapetyan “Armenia's role in ensuaring South-Caucasian region’s energy security”), choice of mediators in the context of conflict regulation (S.Movsisyan “Choice of mediators in the context of conflicting parties”), necessity to form a state brand (V.Atoian, K.Babajanyan, “Brand of a country and necessity to make it in the Republic of Armenia”). It is also to be mentioned the materials telling about hedge funds (S. Grinyaev, A.
