The 10th issue of “Globus” analytical bulletin for 2018 has been published, covering regional and information problems.
In the context of the regional problems lessons of the Spitak earthquake are drawn, Kazakhstan’s satellite potential, particularly its land component and creation of own satellites are reviewed, Erdogan’s “political health” and Israeli concept of citizen-soldier are discussed.
In the context of the information problems the authors address cybersecurity issues of Armenia, “hate speech” manifestations in mass media, and historical memory of the South Caucasus societies.
