The 8th issue of “Globus” analytical bulletin for 2018 has been published, covering military-political, information, Diaspora andenergy problems.
In the context of the military-politicalproblemsthe modern perceptions of the concepts of “colonies” and “empires” are analyzedalong with their relation with security. The problems of strategic forecasting and planning are addressed as well.
In the context of the information problems the perceptions of social inequality in Armenia and its effects are reviewed, as well as the perceptions of multiculturalism and propaganda of its model in Azerbaijan are discussed.
In the context of the Diaspora issues the economic problems of the Armenian Diaspora in Turkey are reviewed.
In the context of energy problems the authors examine crude oil exports in Israel and the BP’s Statistical Review of World Energy.
