The 4th issue of “Globus” analytical bulletin for 2018 has been published, covering geopolitical, regional, information and Diaspora problems.
In the context of the geopolitical and regional matters, the authors review peculiarities of China’s strategy, opportunities for alliances in the East Asian region, activities of the European Atomic Energy Community, new realities in the Israel-Iran confrontation and the role of the Kurdish factor in Turkey’s elections.
In the context of the information problems the role of live broadcasts in revolutionary processes is discussed.
In the context of diaspora issues certain problems related to the integration of repatriated persons are reviewed.
