The 3rd issue of “Globus” analytical bulletin for 2018 has been published, covering Armenia-Diaspora relations, regional, geopolitical, and information problems.
In the context of diaspora the Armenia-Diaspora conferences are discussed as a platform for shaping a unified agenda.
In the context of the geopolitical and regional problems, the authors review Turkey’s role in cooperation between Turkic-speaking diasporas, the role of IAEA in international relations, and the military-political developments around Nakhijevan.
