The 2nd issue of “Globus” analytical bulletin for 2018 has been published, covering geopolitical, regional, information and diaspora problems.
In the context of the geopolitical and regional problems the transformation of world order in the current phase is analyzed, and the intelligence component of the space program of Azerbaijan is presented. In the context of the information problems the articles focus on the internet and social media data for Armenia in the period of 2012-2016, hacker attacks on Armenia, and consequences of underestimating information as a powerful weapon. In the context of diaspora issues, the current state, potential and problems of the Armenian community of UAE are analyzed.
