Vahe SarkisyanResume

The first phase coincided with the first decade of independence of the country, during which the issue of the recognition and condemnation of the Armenian Genocide was not discussed in the Georgia at the social/civic and state levels. The second conditional phase started in 2000, when in areas populated mainly by the Armenian, monuments were opened, and on April 24, 2002, in the Georgian Parliament the ethnic Armenian PM H. Movsisyan was the first to speak about the Armenian Genocide and offered to respect the memory of the innocent victims with one-minute silence. In addition to this the Armenians in Javakhk, as well as in Tbilisi and other parts of Georgia which are populated mainly by Armenians have always held memorial events and demanded the recognition of the Armenian genocide the state level.

STRUCTURAL IMBALANCES OF THE INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL SYSTEM
Davit HakhverdyanResume
The existing financial system is not tied to any reference points, and monetary policy is still aimed at actively stimulating the economy. Obviously, the world does not have sufficient sources of international liquidity in case of a crisis. What is currently considered an international monetary system is not in fact a system, because it has no rules. The voluntary consent of all major countries with regard to the existence of an international monetary system that would impose obligations on all could play a significant role in reducing the threats associated with global imbalances. However, it will be even more difficult to mobilize the political will of sovereign countries to cooperate on developing a new global system that would meet their own long-term interests.
