The 9th issue of “Globus” analytical bulletin for 2017 has been published, covering educational/information and geopolitical problems.
In the context of educational/information issues the authors discuss international rankings of the region’s universities for 2018, penetration of internet, mobile communications and social media in Armenia in 2017, as well as the content offered by Armenian TV channels.
In the context geopolitical problems the effects of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, the role of energy structures in international relations, the connections of traditional Bulgarian left-wing parties with the “Azerbaijani Laundromat”, and legal regulation of preventive measures in the struggle against terrorism are analyzed.
