The 5th issue of “Globus” analytical bulletin for 2017 has been published, covering geopolitical, information security and Armenian community problems. In the context of geopolitical problems the authors address issues related to "Comprehensive National Power" of a state and the "Silk Road".
In the context of Armenian community, the existing experience and prospects of Armenian - Greek cooperation in diaspora are analyzed. In the information security and geopolitical context, the issue of data as natural resource and source of power for nations is addressed, as well as the topics of neuro-linguistic programming and "Overton window".
