The 4th issue of “Globus” analytical bulletin for 2017 has been published, covering regional, information, energy and Armenian community problems. The authors address issues of increased truce breaches in the Artsakh conflict zone, and Israeli civil defense system.
An analysis is conducted regarding the scarcity of information flows, concepts of cyberspace and cyber-challenge, and peculiarities of Azerbaijani media coverage of the “four-day war”.
