The 3rd issue of “Globus” analytical bulletin for 2017 has been published, covering problems related to the region, information security and Armenian communities. The authors analyze the April four-day war within the framework of catastrophe theory, the impact of Turkey-Georgia-Azerbaijan collaboration on security of Armenia, and violations of Section 907 of the United States Freedom Support Act by Azerbaijan.
Other articles address such topics as targeting of Armenian users by Azerbaijani hackers, the information factor in the process of collapse of the USSR and post-Soviet developments.
