"21st CENTURY", Nо. 1, 2016

Issue No. 1 of “21st CENTURY” journal for 2016 has been published by Noravank Foundation.

This issue of the English language journal covers a wide variety of subjects. The opening article by G. Harutyunyan analyzes the new generation information warfare. A number of articles are dedicated to public policy and international politics, such as analysis of “color revolutions” (G. Terterov), discussion of policy convergence in hierarchical international systems on the example of Russia-Armenia military cooperation (V.
