The 4th issue of “Globus” analytical bulletin for 2016 has been published, covering matters related to regional developments, information security and energy.
In the context of regional developments the authors discuss foreign policies of Artsakh Republic, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Iran, as well as the “military base” policy of Turkey.
In the context of information security the Law on Foreign Agents is reviewed.
