The 3rd issue of “Globus” analytical bulletin for 2016 has been published, covering regional developments, matters related to information security, international rankings of Armenia and economic problems.
In the context of regional developments the authors discuss foreign policies of Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Iran in April 2016, as well as the “four-day war”.
In the context of information security the cyberattacks that accompanied the military actions in Artsakh in April 2016 are analyzed.
