The 2nd issue of “Globus” analytical bulletin for 2016 has been published, covering the regional developments and information security problems.
In the context of regional developments the authors review the motives of the “four-day war”, Turkey’s support to IS, and foreign policies of Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Iran in March 2016.
In the context of information security, the peculiarities of Azerbaijani propaganda and the ideological significance of Armenia as a concept in the Armenian mass media are analyzed.
