"21st CENTURY", Nо. 2, 2013

The Noravank Foundation has published the 2nd issue of analytical journal “21st CENTURY” for 2013. Some of the articles featured in the last issue of the English language journal for the year cover certain processes occurring under globalization, such as: the Middle Eastern turmoil turning into new type genocide (G. Harutyunyan), outlook of Armenian energy sector under integration projects (S. Sarukhanayan), globalization challenges and intensification of integration processes (B. Khusainov) and globalism era remembrance policy for Armenia (M. Dabag). Other cultural, political and social matters discussed in this issue include: importance of toponyms for national security (E. Danielyan), the new public management principles in political transformation of Armenia (M. Margarian, K. Galoyan) and gaining social capital through wisdom (A.M. Shahsavarani).
