IDEOLOGY OF THE STATE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

The conscious planning of the future is one of the most important features of the statehood. Even more, the level of efficiency of that process clearly correlates with the level of the national statehood. Today the global practice of planning of the future is based on conceptual perception of presence of comprehensive, global priorities of development, which do not depend on the institutions taking decisions.
