THE MAIN ISSUES OF DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION SYSTEM IN THE CONTEXT OF NATIONAL SECURITY

On different historical stages development of any economic system has invariably been carried out through the separation of the priorities. Setting economic priorities in any definite period of time is rather difficult and important issue. Depending on the priorities, a chosen group of factors which are involved in the regulation of one or another economic mechanism is formed.
