In order to apprehend any reality it is necessary to embrace the whole, and the state reality is presented as an impersonal heritage coming from the past. And political thought in the course of its history has never been restricted to dogmas coming from the remote past and progressing alongside with the intrinsic logic of the history it has acquired new manifestations.
