THE MAIN ISSUES OF THE RA INFORMATION SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF NATIONAL SECURITY

An unprecedented development of the information system is characteristic of the current stage of the society development. Today the security and further development of political, ideological, psychological, economic, military and other spheres of any state or nation mostly depends on the level of the development of the information system. The level of information saturation, which first of all includes the specific weight of general knowledge which has society, its intellectual capabilities, is the most up-to-date criterion of the competitiveness of the state and its durability.
