THE MAIN ISSUES OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE ARMENIAN POLITICAL SYSTEM

Under the political system we mean a system which reproduces state power of a definite kind and which underwent definite changes in a course of its development but it has preserved its main distinguishing characteristics immutable. It can be considered in broad and narrow aspects. In narrow aspect political system is the relation of the authorities, political parties and the electorate conditioned by a constitutional order, the whole set of rights and responsibilities of each of them in the aspect of power formation and implementation.
