THE ISSUES OF POVERTY IS THE ASPECT OF STATEHOOD DEVELOPMENT AND CONSOLIDATION

The issue of poverty is one of the main social problems of the independent states formed on the post-Soviet territory. It is generally characteristic of social and political systems which entered the transition period. Of course, depending on the policy carried out in the transition period and its success, in different countries poverty is manifested in different ways, according to its profundity, acuteness and prevalence.
