Spreading and development of up-to-date informational and communicative technologies in Armenia

In the work is comprehensively analyzed the present situation and the prospective of developments in informational and communicative technologies' (ICT) fields. According to the author's observations, since 2001 in the republic's ICT field have occurred re-orientation from CIS to European cooperation. Besides, the growth of the influence on ICT by international organizations proves that the participation of the local part is still passive, which in its turn reduces the efficiency of the realized programs. That's to say the ICT's perspectives of development in Armenia should be observed from the standpoint of precise evaluation and usage of its own potential.
