Вышел в свет первый номер англоязычного издания журнала «21st Century» за 2011 год. В данном номере авторы затрагивают такие темы как роль интернета и социальных сетей в контексте постдемократии и информационной безопасности (Г. Арутюнян), пантюркизм и геополитика Китая (Д.
