In the 6th, last issue of “21-րդ ԴԱՐ” journal for 2009 the articles devoted to the infopolicy (Anna Zhamakochyan, “Information Flows and Information Security of Armenia”), the continuing Turkish policy of Turkishizing of the Armenian and other place names (Rouben Melkonyan, “Change of the Place Names as the Turkishizing Policy”), the issues of state responsibility for the Genocide (Vladimir Vardanyan, “Current Tendencies and Developments in the Field of State Responsibility for Genocide) and etc. were published.
10.12.2009 "21st CENTURY", # 2, 2009
The second issue of “Noravank” Foundation’s “21st Century” journal for 2009 was published. Its articles touch upon the issues of ideology and information security (G. Harutyunyan), analysis of global crisis (I.Bagiryan) and its impact on the countries of the region (S.Grinyaev), as well as a number of issues concerning the Armenian Genocide, particularly the attitudes of Israel to the Genocide (Y.Auron), problems of the third generation of the Armenian Diaspora (G.Poghosyan), legal issues of state responsibility for genocide (V.Vardanyan) and history of the Armenian society self-organization in the light of Armenian Question.
08.12.2009 “GLOBUS NATIONAL SECURITY”, ISSUE 6
The sixth issue of "Noravank" Foundation's "Globus National Security" journal for 2009 has been published. It is devoted to the issues of geopolitics, region and Armeniancy. The authors spoke about the processes of world order establishing and their aftermaths forecasting manifested during the war in Afghanistan and economic crisis; informational context which derives from the negotiations between Armenia and Turkey; the issues of catholic Armenians in Georgia and Armenians of Gerla and Freedom House “Nations in Transit” 2007-2009 rating researches.

In issue 6 of “Noravank” Foundation’s “Globus Energy and Regional Security” journal for 2009 the materials devoted to the energy business of the RA, the processes in Caspian and Black Sea regions, “new EU neigbourhood” policy, Israeli “think tanks” and etc are published.

The regular issue of «21-й ВЕК» journal devoted to the multilateral analysis of security issue amid the global crisis was published. The ideological and information security became a subject of G.Harutyunyan’s research; the energy security issues were discussed in the articles by K.Karapetyan and V.Davtyan; S.Grinyaev and I.Baghiryan touched upon the analysis of the crisis, its global and national manifestations. There are also other issues of international agenda considered in this number, particularly the role of the mass media in the conflicts and the development of terrorism (A.Atanesyan).

The 5th issue of "Globus Energy and Regional Security" periodical by "Noravank" Foundation for 2009 was published. The issue included articles devoted to the regional processes as well as to the problems topical for the Armeniancy, particularly devoted to the issues of gas pipelines and energy security, problems of Javakhq and Armenian-Georgian relations, Talish factor in Azerbaijan and etc.

In the 5th issue of “21-րդ ԴԱՐ” periodical the articles devoted to ideological grounds necessary for the formation of the information security (G.Harutyunyan “Ideology and Information Security”), philosophical approaches to the notion of civilization (E.L.Danielyan “The Theory of Civilization in Geopolitical Conception”), Armenian Community in Jerusalem and Palestine (D.Sanoyan, “Armenian Community in Jerusalem and Palestine in the Period of World War I and the Genocide”), “brand-state” image formation (K.Babajanyan, “The Components of the State’s Brand”) and other interesting issues were published.

The 5th issue of "Globus National Security" periodical by "Noravank" foundation for 2009 was published and the regional developments and issues of the information security of Armenia constitute its thematic scope. The authors touched upon the relations between Armenia and Turkey; the role of the European Union in conflicts in South Caucasus; anti-Armenian information policy of Azerbaijan, including its new manifestations; the state policy of Turkey in regard to Armenians as well as the issues of the converted Armenian families. The monitoring of the World Trade Promotion 2008-2009 reports is also presented in the issue.

The materials devoted to the post-election developments in Iran, reforms of the Turkey’s security sphere, geopolitics of the gas pipelines in the Black Sea-Caspian region, new developments round civilian nuclear programmes and etc. were published in the 4th issues of "Noravank" Foundation's "Globus Energy and Regional Security" journal for 2009.
03.08.2009 “GLOBUS NATIONAL SECURITY”, ISSUE 4
The 4th issue of "Globus National Security" journal of “Noravank” Foundation was published. Its main orientation is information policy. The authors turn to the issues of forecasting and cognition in the formation of the future, examine the reflexivity as a principle of informational managing, present the usage and the role of new media in alternative informational field of Iran and the activity of Azerbaijani NGOs in Russia as resources of informational policy. There are also new approaches in the line of South Caucasus and Central Asia in Israeli foreign policy priorities, as well as the interconnection of the science and politics in Israel and the role of the science in the competitive ability of the state.

The first issue of "21st Century" journal for 2009 includes the articles devoted to the issues of the role of Armenia in energy security system of the region (K. Karapetyan), issues concerning the consequences of the five-day war between Russia and Georgia (S. Minasyan), the situation of Armenian communities in Jerusalem and Palestine during WWI and the Genocide (D. Sanoyan). There are also articles touching on the theory of civilization in geopolitical conceptions (E. Danielyan) and intellectuals’ freedom in the regard to the Israeli case (A. Epstein).

The 4th issue of the “21-րդ ԴԱՐ” journal includes the articles by Karen Karapetyan “Composite (integral) Index of the Energy Security Level Assessment and its Forecasting” (where methodological approaches relating to the problem of the energy security level assessment are discussed), Sevak Sarukhanyan “Nabucco” Gas Pipeline and the Republic of Armenia” (here the issue of the possibility of Armenia joining the project is examined), Vahram Mrakyan “Manipulation Methods of Influence in Printed Media” (the manipulation methods, which aim is to influence the opinion and the position of the people, used in printed media are presented). There are also articles by Vardan Haykazyan “Outlines of the RA Stable Development Conception”, Arshak Smbatyan and Artyom Ter-Harutyunyan “On Single Theoretical Issues of Economic Security Amid Globalization”, Hayk Nazaryan “Manifestations of China’s National Interests in Iran”.

Grinaev), and the issues of philosophical interpretation of the Armenian history (E. Danielyan) or some of its pages (Kh. Dadayan).

16.07.2009 “GLOBUS NATIONAL SECURITY”, ISSUE 3
The third issue of "Globus National Security" journal has been published. The authors of the articles analyze the classical forms of activity of the “think tanks” in the context of national security and process of the “accumulation” of Armenian intellectual resources in the Soviet period and in the period of the Third Republic; the history of the formation and development of Turkish analytical centres; the types of elites and the forms of social conscious construction determined by the type the power. They consider the experience of social networks usage in the information war carried out by Israel as well as inter-community problems of the Armeniancy in Turkey. There are also the reports and discussions, which took place during the panel discussion arranged in “Noravank” Foundation on the issues of the spiritual security of the RA.
