03.08.2009 “GLOBUS NATIONAL SECURITY”, ISSUE 4
The 4th issue of "Globus National Security" journal of “Noravank” Foundation was published. Its main orientation is information policy. The authors turn to the issues of forecasting and cognition in the formation of the future, examine the reflexivity as a principle of informational managing, present the usage and the role of new media in alternative informational field of Iran and the activity of Azerbaijani NGOs in Russia as resources of informational policy. There are also new approaches in the line of South Caucasus and Central Asia in Israeli foreign policy priorities, as well as the interconnection of the science and politics in Israel and the role of the science in the competitive ability of the state.
16.07.2009 “GLOBUS NATIONAL SECURITY”, ISSUE 3
The third issue of "Globus National Security" journal has been published. The authors of the articles analyze the classical forms of activity of the “think tanks” in the context of national security and process of the “accumulation” of Armenian intellectual resources in the Soviet period and in the period of the Third Republic; the history of the formation and development of Turkish analytical centres; the types of elites and the forms of social conscious construction determined by the type the power. They consider the experience of social networks usage in the information war carried out by Israel as well as inter-community problems of the Armeniancy in Turkey. There are also the reports and discussions, which took place during the panel discussion arranged in “Noravank” Foundation on the issues of the spiritual security of the RA.
13.05.2009 “GLOBUS NATIONAL SECURITY”, ISSUE 2
The second issue of “Noravank” Foundation’s "Globus National Security" journal for 2009, devoted to the geopolitical and informational security problems of Armenia and Armeniancy, was published. The authors touched upon the globalization developments, the contemporary infogeneous threats, the picture of anti-Armenian propaganda, as well as they offer the conceptual approaches to resist them and to develop the efficient state. The problems of Armenian communities in Georgia and the policy carried out in the respect of those communities are also dealt with.
02.04.2009 “GLOBUS NATIONAL SECURITY”, ISSUE 1
”Noravank” Foundation published the first issue of "Globus National Security" journal for 2009, which is devoted to military and political and informational issues of Armenia and Armeniancy. There are also articles touching over the issues of Armenian communities and Armenians who are of different faiths and who speak various languages.
