The key subject of the 3rd issue of “21-րդ ԴԱՐ” journal is the Armenian-Turkish relations considered in different aspects by G.Harutyunyan (“The Strategy of Development and Geopolitical Scenarios”) and A.Marjanyan (“RAND Corporation and We: Armenia-Turkey Relations”). Interesting researches regarding air freight, educational system, Georgian identity and other issues were carried out by A.Hovhannisyan, A.Markosyan and R.Ghantarchyan, T.Vardanyan and L.Hovsepyan.
